Bruce Davey has been building successful businesses for over 20 years – having built Fastmail.FM (webmail) and Optimal Decisions Group (Insurance Price Optimisation Software) from ground zero until completing sales of each to large multinationals prior to starting Ready Set.
Bruce got into apartment hosting as he wasn’t seeing it done well; the analytics and creativity applied at hotels to maximise the returns was not there, and neither was the service to guests. He felt this could be done to the benefit of owners and guests without giving away the cost advantage a short stay has over a hotel.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS AND PROPERTY
Sam Potter is currently Head of Operations and Property for Ready Set Apartments after joining the company in 2017. He oversees all operations and property aspects of the business.
Prior to joining Ready Set Apartments, Sam built up a career with extensive experience from the accommodation industry, working with some of the world's leading accommodation brands.
Since joining Ready Set Apartments, Sam has developed extensive knowledge of the local property markets and trends.
